this website is for viewing items from apla hago only. apla hago is not responsible for the content or use of any third party links that may be included on this website. information set out on the website is accurate and provides a fair representation of the goods and services offered to the best of our knowledge. we reserve the right to makes changes to information provided without prior notice. while every effort is made to ensure the goods are shown as accurately as possible on the website, items are hand made and unique. as such, small irregularities may occur between items shown and those which you are sent. we cannot be held responsible for differences in colour attributable to the quality of the pictures produced by viewing our website on your pc.

apla hago retains the copyright on all information and images displayed on the website. all designs are the intellectual property of apla hago and are not to be replicated, reproduced or copied for personal or commercial reasons.

your privacy

we will only ask you for the information required to process your order (name, address, telephone number, email address). you may elect to be notified of future product releases. we do not disclose any of your information to any third parties. please note that due to the nature of email correspondence, we cannot provide absolute assurance that provision of this information will be completely secure and therefore cannot be held responsible for any unauthorised access. we do not keep a record of your financial details and our third party payments transaction agent, PayPal, does not disclose your financial details to us when you transact through them.

buying via this website

payment for items purchased and associated postage costs are to be made though our payment agent, Paypal before the items are sent. your Paypal receipt is proof of your purchase from us. please retain for your records. the code number quoted on Paypal at time of purchase is the item you have ordered. please inform us of any discrepancies immediately. goods are available for purchase in australia in australian dollars and in gbp for orders originating in the uk. for orders originating outside of either of these regions, please contact us directly on mail@apla-hago.com items sold on the website are hand made in limited numbers and although unlikely, it may be possible that the item you are looking to purchase becomes unavailable between your selection and payment. in such cases, we will contact you to resolve the issue.

cancelling your order

your order can be cancelled once received by us up to the point of dispatch. please contact us directly to do so.  any money paid will be refunded to you within 30 days.

payment security

we use PayPal as a third party agent in order for you to make payment to apla hago online. please refer to the PayPal website (www.paypal.com), for further information. apla hago and it’s associates are not responsible for the content of the websites of any third parties referenced or linked to via it's own website.

packaging and postage

we aim to dispatch items within 48 hours of receiving your order. all orders are dispatched recorded delivery through Royal Mail.

due to standard use of recorded delivery and increased packaging costs it has become necessary to increase postage on orders under gbp50: 
Orders up to gbp49.99 = gbp4, gbp50+ = free delivery - if you have further questions regarding postage,  email us at mail@apla-hago.com

warranties

you acknowledge that the items offered for sale by apla hago are delicate in nature and we will not be liable for any damage caused by failure to treat them with due care.

returns

if you change your mind on receipt of your purchase, you may return it in the original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt as below:

# include proof of purchase with the returned item

# you are responsible for ensuring an appropriate method of return is used and that the item reaches us safely (obtaining proof of posting is highly recommended).

# we will confirm by email when item is received and providing the items are in the required condition, you will be refunded the cost of the item via your original payment method.

# nb please note that we will cover the cost of returning the goods only where the items were dispatched in error by us or, if the item is faulty.

# do not send items cash on delivery - they will not be accepted.

please note the return of non-faulty pierced earrings is not permitted for hygiene reasons.

our items are hand made as robustly as possible given the delicate nature of the materials used. however, the majority of our items are fragile and should be worn, handled and stored with care. we cannot be held responsible for damage or wear that arises from careless handling. should you receive an item that is defective within a reasonable time from the date of purchase, please follow the above return procedure. 
please ensure you advise us if the returned item is faulty and let us know whether you want it repaired, replaced (where possible), or refunded. - once we have received the item and the fault has been confirmed we will reimburse any due proportion of the postage costs

limitation of liability

to the maximum extent permitted by law, apla hago’s liability for any breach of implied warranty, which, cannot be excluded is limited by our choice to the repair or replacement of goods of equivalent value. you agree that to the degree that our liability will be reduced by the amount to which you contributed to any loss.
